While we maintain public transparency, the following operational details are reserved for active members:

• Board Meeting Minutes: Stay informed on the latest decisions, project approvals, and community discussions.
• Detailed Financial Reports: Review our monthly P&L statements and budget allocations for neighborhood improvements.
• Annual Meeting Archives: Access video recordings or transcripts from our yearly community gatherings.
• Committee Updates: Follow the progress of the Landscape, Safety, and Social committees.

2. Community Directory (Member-Only)

• Resident Directory: A secure, searchable database to help neighbors connect.
• Privacy Note: This directory is strictly for internal use and is not accessible to the public or for commercial solicitation.

3. Member Benefits & Advocacy (Member-Only)

• Member Email List: Join our Member Email list hosted on Google Groups to keep up to date and in contact with fellow members.
• Safety & Security Alerts: Direct updates from our neighborhood watch and local Novato safety liaisons.
• Advocacy Updates: Real-time information on local government issues affecting our property values and quality of life.
